For the benefit of those following The South Beach diet, notations after each recipe listing indicate Kalyn's opinion as to which phase of the diet that recipe can be used for.

Hi Kalyn, Are all the recipes that you post automatically added to the "Recipes by Ingredient" page, or is it better to do a search for a particular ingredient? How often is the "Recipes by Ingredient" page updated? I'm always looking for more chicken recipes because my husband doesn't eat red meat. :-)

Hi Emily,
The recipes aren't automatically added to the archives pages (I do it by hand), but I do update it once a week, usually on Saturdays. However if you're looking for recipes with certain ingredients, entering the combinations of ingredients that you want to use into the search bar is one of the easiest ways to find a recipe.
