Grilled Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar

I'm currently out of the country traveling in Turkey and Kenya, so replies to comments may be delayed until I return home. If you'd like to see my pictures from the trip, you can do that by following me on Instagram or Twitter.

In May of 2007 I posted an updated version of Grilled Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar with a photo and links to step-by-step instructions for making perfect grilled chicken breasts.   (At that time it wasn't possible to move the post forward without breaking the link.)   I have removed this old post so the recipe doesn't come up twice in search engines, but I am leaving this page here in case anyone has a bookmark for the old recipe.
