Recipe Favorites

I never post recipes on Kalyn's Kitchen unless I really like the recipe, but this page spotlights some favorites from all the good recipes on the site.  So many of the recipes I post could be classified as favorites that I'm not keeping up that well with adding them to this page, but you can also use the label Favorites or check Kalyn's Kitchen Assorted Favorites on Pinterest to see more of my personal choices.

For the benefit of those following The South Beach diet, notations after each recipe listing indicate Kalyn's opinion as to which phase of the diet that recipe can be used for.

You're right, I need a section for "favorite cilantro recipes." Except that every recipe with cilantro would be a favorite!

Made the Brown Rice and Turkey casserole yesterday for my son and girlfriend who decided they wanted to give South Beach a try between the holidays. I received a call from both telling me how fabulous it was! Son shared it with his roommate too and he loved it. Left out the mushrooms since they don't like so upped the turkey amount to 2 1/2 c and added hatch chilis for an added bite. Next week I plan on making this for my husband and I. We've been eating the South Beach lifestlye for over 6 years...give or take a week off here and there so really happy I found this site for some new receipes!!!
