There are food writers who have serious standards about doing restaurant reviews. I want to make it clear that I don't consider these posts to be formal reviews of the restaurants listed here.
These are my standards: I only write about places I really like. If I go to a restaurant in Salt Lake, or any other city where I'm traveling and it's not a good experience, I won't give them space on my blog. Hope you enjoy reading about these places where I've had great meals.

I do like Mazza, but haven't ever written about it. This is not intended to be a comprehensive list of every restaurant I like in Salt Lake, that would be a very long list!
Have you ever eaten at Tibburon? If not, I highly recommend it.
Jamie, have never eaten there or even heard of it. Where is it located?
