On August 21, 2006 I posted an updated version of Friday Night Salmon Two Ways with a photo. In those days it wasn't possible to move a post forward without breaking a link, so that's a new post. I am removing the recipe here so it doesn't show up twice in search engine results, but to see these two ways to cook salmon, click on the link above.

I stumbled across your website looking for Cafe Rio recipes. Thanks but I noticed your Salmon Recipe and thought I should contribute one of my easy ones. I use "Potlatch Seasoning (Salmon and Seafood Spice Rub)" from Williams and Sonoma (available online) and just rub it on my Costco Salmon and cook it on a George Foreman grill year round. We eat it hot and we eat it cold the next day with a green salad. I think it will be good with your Cafe Rio dressing for Salmon Tacos, too.
Thanks anonymous. I'll check out Williams Sonoma and see if I can find it. The Salmon tacos sound great.
I notice you don't mention a George Forman option for most of the salmon recipes I have come across; Is this because it doesn't really work? I really want to try a lot of these recipes, I love salmon, but I'm in college and have no real grill : (
Have not tried with gf grill, but should work.
