FOOD BLOG FINDS: Low Carb Cooking Dishes Found on Other Food Blogs

Once again, here are some great low carb recipes that I spotted when I was looking at food blogs this week. I hope you will visit these blogs and tell them I sent you.

A Canadian woman named Ana writes a great blog called Pumpkin Pie Bungalow. She lives in a little bungalow house like I do, which she is in the process of renovating. Ana used to be more into low carb eating than she is now, but she still has a great recipe for Shrimp and Avocado Salad which she shared this week. (Earlier this summer Ana also let me share her recipe for Roasted Zucchini with Feta Cheese.)

This week I discovered a blog called Seriously Good which had a recipe which sounded fantastic and which could be made low carb simply by leaving out the croutons, which are really just a garnish anyway. Visit Seriously Good and check out the recipe for Lemon Tilapia. It's a beautiful blog with great photos.

The third recipe is actually the one which gave me the idea about sharing Food Blog Finds with my readers, and then I forgot about it for a while. (Sorry Alyce.) Check out Mantia's Musings where talented cook Alyce created a recipe for Savory Creme Brulee that sounded fantastic and was very low in carbs.

I'm sure there are many, many more great food blog finds waiting for me, so I'm off to read some blogs. Hope you enjoy visiting these three as much as I did.
