Thanks to a Couple of Great Guys

If you've been watching Kalyn's Kitchen evolve, you've probably noticed that I've learned a great deal about internet publishing in a short time (with much, much more still to learn!) I started my blog in April of 2005 simply as a way to share recipes with friends who were asking for them after they witnessed my great success on the South Beach Diet.

Huge confession here: when I started this blog I didn't even realize that the whole food blogging community even existed. Now keeping in touch with other "foodies" who like to share their passion through blogging is a huge part of my life. Every morning when I get up, the first thing I do is post something to my blog. I spend time (mostly in thrift shops) looking for interesting dishes to use for photographing food. I'm always thinking of new features to add to my blog.

Nothing you see here could have been possible without the constant help and support of my brilliant, creative brother, Rand, and his equally brilliant, technologically skilled partner, Bradley. These guys have given hours (and hours and hours) of technical assistance and advice. Rand also designs my new blog headers.

Thanks so much to a couple of wonderful guys. I love you both.

Who knew that looking for great things to cook could induce so much blushing. Thanks for all the kind words. We are happy to help such a great sister. We love you.

Your blog is wonderful. If you are still actively dieting you can log your food at http://www.peertrainer.com and then publish a link to your log on this blog.

This is my log,

Jen, that sounds like an interesting site. I reached my goal a few weeks ago (41 pounds) so I'm not really having to track it quite that closely now. Good luck.

Cookiecrumb, I don't think you need them. Your new header looks great too. The headers are hosted on their site, so you won't be able to see them. I'm not being sneaky, that's just how they did it.
