I know this has to be perfect with the blue cheese and asparagus there could be no doubt. And the pine nuts add the perfect texture mix.
Yum - Toasted pine nuts! That would add a nice touch.I have made garlic chips for the asparagus...never stopped at just the oil.Bon Weekend!

Yikes, I'm getting seriously behind on answering comments these days. Too much gardening and not enough blogging! I'm so glad you guys like the sound of this. I promise, it's just delicious. Of course, how can you miss with pine nuts and gorgonzola, two of my absolute favorites?
