Wow... Hey thanks so much for adding my blog to your list of Utah food blogs. Your site looks quite useful for low-fat "South Beach" type recipes. I tried south beach once, but then quit. Mostly because I'm lazy and it required more than I was willing to give at the time. Anyway, great site! Keep it up... and if you don't mind I'm gonna add you to my list of food blogs as well.
