Spinach Salad with Tuna, Tomatoes, and Radishes For Paz

I'm currently out of the country traveling in Turkey and Kenya, so replies to comments may be delayed until I return home. If you'd like to see my pictures from the trip, you can do that by following me on Instagram or Twitter.

You can find the recipe for this simple Spinach Tuna, Tomato, and Radish Salad at The Cooking Adventures of Chef Paz, where I was a guest poster yesterday. The lovely Ms. Paz is recuperating from surgery, so be sure to leave some get well wishes for her when you stop by to see the recipe.

  1. Oh, look at that! This looks like my husband's idea of heaven. Radishes are possibly the most underrated vegetables on the planet :)
