my favorite things to cook on the grill.
my favorite things to cook on the grill.
It's Memorial Day Weekend in the U.S., the unofficial start of grilling season. I'm a big fan of cooking on the grill, but because of house renovations, this year my grill is still packed away in the garage. The house will get done, and I'll be grilling soon, but meanwhile here are some ideas from the recipe archives for those of you who are lucky enough to have grilling plans this weekend. Check after the photo for links to more collections of grilling recipes. Happy grilling everyone!

I love souvlaki. Yours looks absolutely perfect. Have a great long weekend. :)
Yes, let the grilling season begin!
I am so glad I bought Josh a grill for his birthday, kind of a selfish gift:) I can't wait to try the portobello's and salmon!
Yeah for summer and grilling!!!
I agree with all of you! Grilling is probably my #1 favorite way to cook. Can't wait until my grill is moved on to the new deck. Probably about a month before that will happen, but I think I can get the contractor to move the grill on to the front porch a little sooner than that!
love the grill :)
Lovely, stuff Kalyn. The grilled meat looks so delicious and the color of the vegetables is just amazing. :)
Some tasty grilling options..kudos to your souvlaki!
Those cheesy 'shrooms look outstanding, Kalyn! Great compilation of recipes, as always.
I know you and your grill will be reunited soon, and then you can sit on your new deck, overlooking the garden, and enjoy some of these wonderful grilled dishes. Sounds heavenly.
Didn't get the grill out at all this weekend, but hopefully by next weekend (when I'm supposed to move into my office) I can grill. Can't wait!
