My Favorite Pumpkin Recipes collage of featured recipes

It’s pumpkin season and I know some people look forward to this every year, so today I’m updating this collection of My Favorite Pumpkin Recipes.

For pumpkin lovers who want a treat, many of my favorite pumpkin recipes are low in carbs, and all are going to be healthier than the usual pumpkin treats that show up everywhere at this time of year! And I have a few savory pumpkin favorites that I’m sharing as well.

For years I wasn’t much of a pumpkin fan, and I admit there was a time when I didn’t get it when other blogs started featuring pumpkin recipes with so much enthusiasm. But now I’ve gotten on the pumpkin bandwagon a bit more, and I’ve come up with some ideas that are really a treat for people who love pumpkin!

And since I’m still not the world’s biggest pumpkin fans but I love all of these pumpkin recipes, you know they have to be good!

How do you feel about Pumpkin Recipes?

Are you a pumpkin fan, or someone like me who has to have a really good pumpkin recipe to get excited about it?

What diet types are these Pumpkin Recipes suitable for?

I am tagging this post with all the diet-type categories, because there are recipes here that are suitable for all the diet types I feature on my site. But check the icons above the recipe title on each individual recipe to see what diets that recipe is suitable for. And as always, there is more diet-type info found immediately following the recipe itself in every post.

Instant Pot Pumpkin Soup shown in two serving bowls

Instant Pot Pumpkin Soup is a newer recipe, and this was absolutely a WOW for Kara and I when we tested the recipe! And the soup has a generous amount of sausage, green bell pepper, cauliflower rice, chicken broth, and cream, so it’s quite low in carbs for a soup with pumpkin.

Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pudding finished individual pudding ready to serve

This Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pudding that only has five ingredients and is ridiculously easy to make has been a hit on the blog, and this has been getting good reviews!

Almond Flour Pumpkin Muffins finished muffins on baking sheet

These Almond Flour Pumpkin Muffins are a newer pumpkin recipe on the blog, and this is a moist muffin with lots of pumpkin flavor, and it’s sugar-free, gluten-free, low-carb, and Keto.

Sugar-Free Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins showing three muffins on small platter

If you prefer a traditional pumpkin muffin made with flour, check out the Sugar-Free Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins shown above. These are tasty and easy to make and come in at 15 net carbs per muffin.

Sugar-Free Layered Pumpkin Cheesecake finished cheesecake on serving plate

This Sugar-Free Layered Pumpkin Cheesecake is something I first made years ago, and I’ve made at least once every year since then. And if you’re following Kalyn’s Kitchen on Facebook, you might have seen the video for this favorite recipe!

Sugar-free Whole Wheat and Oats Pumpkin Mini-Loaves close-up photo of baked mini-loaves

Sugar-Free Pumpkin Bread is made into mini-loaves that use whole wheat flour, almond flour, oats, and Golden Monkfruit sweetener, and these are a pumpkin bread treat that’s not too sweet, which gets points from me.

Pumpkin Chili with Ground Beef in bowl with toppings on the side

I’m a savory girl more than a sweets eater, so this Pumpkin Chili with Ground Beef is my kind of food. This would be a great recipe to put in the crockpot on a cold day and have ready for dinner that night! And the recipe has been updated for the Instant Pot as well!

Sugar-Free Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie shown on serving plate with pie in background

This year I had the idea of baking one of my favorite Thanksgiving desserts in a springform pan, which turned it into Sugar-Free Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie. (f you prefer the previous version baked in a graham cracker crust, here is the printer-friendly version for Low-Sugar Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie.)

Low-Sugar Pumpkin and Apple Crumble finished dish on serving plate

In some parts of the world all types of winter squash are called pumpkin, and you can use either butternut squash or pumpkin to make this Low-Sugar Pumpkin Apple Crumble. This doesn’t have added sugar, but there’s some sugar in the apples. This is a great Thanksgiving dessert for people who don’t like pie.

I think these tasty Sugar-Free Pumpkin Bars would make be a fun idea for breakfast on Halloween morning, or serve them as a less-sweet dessert.

Sugar-Free Spiced Pumpkin Mini Cheesecakes found on KalynsKitchen.com

Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes are sugar-free and can also be gluten-free if you eliminate the optional tablespoon of flour, and these are tasty and very low in carbs!

Paleo Pumpkin Chili with Beef, Peppers, and Olives found on KalynsKitchen.com

And finally, this Pumpkin Chili with Beef, Peppers, and Olives is really delicious for a chili without beans.
